Main Role

Section 23.-

The Ethics Committee shall draft the Code of Ethics and shall be responsible for its implementation, which shall guide the professional conduct of the INAP community.

Powers and Responsibilities

Section 25.-

The functions of the Ethics Department are as follows:

I. To draft the Code of Ethics for Members and submit it to the Council for its subsequent ratification by the Assembly.

II. To suggest amendments to the Code.

III. To promote knowledge of and compliance with the Code among INAP’s community.

IV. To review conduct that is contrary to the Code and promote disciplinary measures, which may consist of warnings and/or suspension of rights, depending on the severity of the violation.
