Who are we?

For the past 71 years, The National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) has served as a laboratory to create knowledge, train others and to research and disseminate administrative culture in Mexico and around the world.

Since its beginnings, our main objective has been to actively contribute to the improvement of public servants and Mexican society. Such is the case that it has significant human capital with broad and valuable experience in all areas within its scope. Whose presence elevates the criteria in the application of its thematic content as well as in the selection of its teaching staff.

We are the Laboratory of Excellence in Public Administration.

What do we do?

INAP has a broad academic and consultancy offer that grants its members various tools to strengthen their prior knowledge, as well as the opportunity to continue improving in the different areas of public service.

We know public affairs is a science at its core that evolves continuously. That is why we provide the necessary skills to ensure continuous training in shaping quality public officials who are fully prepared to face any upcoming challenges.

Our mission

To serve as the driving force behind the improvement of Public Administration at the three levels of government by contributing to its strengthening. Together with that of autonomous bodies is becoming through technical assistance, staff development and training, the creation of research incentives, and the exchange of knowledge both nationally and internationally.

Our vision

To be the leading knowledge center for the training of professionals while endorsing inclusion, innovation, scientific and technological development in Public Administration; as well as strengthening and supporting it through specialized services in continuous education, consultancy, certification, and the diffusion of administrative culture. All this while upholding ethical values and prioritizing the purposes of the State.
