The National School for the Public Sector Professionalization (ENAPROG) is INAP’s core academic unit. It is responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored to public servants at the federal, state, and municipal levels, as well as for the branches of the Union and autonomous bodies. It currently offers graduate programs such as a PhD, a master’s, a bachelor’s, a specialization, certification courses and seminars focused on public administration and its related fields.

It is also responsible for coordinating academic research projects and managing INAP’s publishing program.

Please note that all these programs are imparted in their entirety in Spanish.

It fosters knowledge, skills, and competencies that contribute to institutional strengthening. Its large community of graduates is noteworthy; with nearly 800 people, who have become active promoters of the program.

Bachelor’s Program
