Since its inception, INAP has undertaken various efforts to contribute to the professionalization of public servants across governmental bodies and public institutions. In its current stage, INAP has aligned its mission toward the dissemination and promotion of the development of public‑administration sciences with relevance, quality, and institutional coherence.

In line with this purpose, INAP has assumed the ongoing task of fostering the exchange of ideas and experiences in the field, as well as developing academic programs that offer solutions for improving public organizations and institutions through the knowledge and application of cutting‑edge administrative methods and techniques.

One of INAP’s objectives is to promote teaching, development, and continuous training programs that provide public officials with the tools they need to respond effectively to social demands within a framework of competitiveness, transparency, and ethics in their governmental work.
