The program offers a set of theoretical, methodological, and technical tools that, in the short term, allow doctoral candidates to perform efficient and effective research, design, leadership, implementation, and evaluation of plans, programs, projects, and modernization processes within the Mexican Public Administration.
Created in response to the transformations that, in recent years, have reshaped the study and practice of public management internationally. It channels efforts toward adopting a new model of public‑sector leadership.
Its ultimate purpose is to enhance citizen satisfaction and restore trust in governmental action by reducing the cost of government, improving program effectiveness, strengthening accountability towards citizens, professionalizing public administration, and promoting ethical conduct among public servants.
