The Public Administration Consulting Center (CECAP) is a specialized unit dedicated to developing projects with additional value and solutions. Through the coordination and provision of consulting, advisory, and technical‑assistance services, it seeks to contribute to the innovation, modernization, and improvement of Public Administration.

On the one hand, our services are backed by the technical strength of an academic institution specializing in Public Administration; on the other, they draw on the practical knowledge of specialists with proven experience in government, acquired through years of public service at all levels.

With more than 71 years of experience contributing to the improvement and professionalization of Public Administration, and supported by more than 100 associates, the CECAP offers a broad portfolio of services. Our results‑oriented and client‑focused approach has enabled us to develop hundreds of successful projects that have produced useful and verifiable outcomes for dozens of federal, state, municipal agencies, bodies, and public entities across multiple fields.

This includes evaluation, support, and counselling services to ensure proper operation, effective execution, closure, and preparation for accountability.
